The challenge
A fast-growing basketball organization was running registration, scheduling, payments, and communications across disconnected tools. Growth made the seams obvious: staff and coaches lost time stitching systems together, and families felt the friction.
Our approach
We built a single digital ecosystem where registration flows straight through to payment, scheduling and communications live in one place, and staff get one operations hub instead of five tabs. The architecture was designed to scale as the league grows.
The outcome
Mumba now runs on one platform: registration-to-payment is fully automated, scheduling and communications are centralized, and operations have a single home built to grow with the organization.
